1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

4. Community Standards & Content Rules
StarTak does not permit:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content

- Exploitation, coercion, or deceptive practices

- Any activity violating applicable laws or platform rules
All content is subject to automated and human moderation.
Violations may result in:
- Content removal
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
5. Child Safety & CSAE Zero-Tolerance Policy
StarTak maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Strictly Prohibited Activities
- Creation, sharing, or storage of CSAM
- Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors
- Sexual discussions, role-play, or requests involving minors
- AI-generated, animated, implied, or symbolic sexual content involving children
- Any behavior that facilitates or promotes CSAE
Detection & Enforcement
- Proactive automated detection systems
- Manual content moderation and review
- Immediate account suspension and permanent bans
- Mandatory reporting to law enforcement and child protection agencies where required

6. Payments & Financial Information
- Payments are processed exclusively through authorized third-party payment providers and Google Play Billing.
- We do not store full card or sensitive payment information.
- Off-platform or direct payments between users are strictly prohibited.
- Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
- Subscriptions and in-app purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.
7. Information Sharing
We may share information only:
- With trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, moderation)
- With payment processors for transaction handling
- With law enforcement or regulatory authorities when legally required
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
